An Amendment of Clarity for Future Law Based on the Declaration of Independence

An Amendment of Clarity for Future Law, written based on the Declaration of Independence from Tyranny, as a continuation and re-affirmation of the Declaration of Independence, to serve as a viable form of legal language for future generations.

If a law defines moral deeds through previous statutes that prevent obvious subjugated offensive unlawful material-absolute-lawful-intentive language, compatible with new law in all details, then only when such laws are obeyed, must all freedoms be ubiquitous with all stringent moral acts stipulated in the constitution (or the integrity of law). All freedoms must be permitted and neither repressed nor pervasive against any law that would otherwise assert a law’s value solely on the freedom of free will, rather than being implicated by opinions dictated within a moral code. This applies to, for example: sex crimes, murder, assault, and judgments based on mental incapacities (in the sense that some are deemed better or worse), within a philosophical and rational understanding of what a moral individual does and does not do. Thus, in the absence of an immoral code or moral deviancy that in apprehension does not uphold laws allowing only good moral deeds, as implicated by the Declaration: “it is evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” This definition of happiness is non-negotiable for the individual pursuing it. A person pursuing happiness, without scrutiny, should always be successful in their pursuit and should not violate the law. This implies that no breach of law signifies innocence of guilt, assuming a non-ignorant state of no guilt. This premise further assumes that an individual has never contacted or required assistance from law enforcement, nor been contacted by law enforcement under suspicion of association with a criminal, without scrutiny. Therefore, an individual does not exist to break the law unless they are already entangled in criminality pervasive in their upbringing and/or peer group during their formative education.

Under said law, the happiness of all peoples must be proclaimed equal within an individual’s identity to believe in their own happiness, without their volition undermining another person’s happiness through their actions within actionable law or lawful behavior. All lawful endeavors must be understood as GOOD and not BAD for another, such as murder, rape, or perjury. This exemplifies the liable intent to uphold a law under free will within an individual’s life, with the self-will to be proclaimed by a GOOD or BAD individual who believes they make the RIGHT (i.e., lawful, within the law) option against another’s free will to make and choose their happiness and pursuits without coercion against law, or within this stated system of law.

(Arguably, as a point of optional lawful insight, though not applicable as non-lawful language, under scrutiny as a National document, it is cited as a point of reference for a simple object in the American Dream, as it has been spoken since Capitalism and Consumerism are the basis of happiness in America, Freedom™.)
